This is concept art made by one Zisaz, also known as Isabela Zaneti, from Artistree. The original entention for this characters was to by the rights for character from Fortnite. But after some advice from /fng/ on 4chan he decided to reach out to them to make a new character based around them. This produced a better result than the original idea the author intended.
